Education and Training Center - Joint Base Cabot Air Station

The JBCAS Education and Training Center provides academic support, military education counseling, and testing services for base personnel and eligible dependents.

Available Services:

• On-base college courses (Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s programs)

• Tuition Assistance and GI Bill counseling

• CLEP and DANTES testing services

• Professional Military Education (PME) course scheduling

• Career development counseling

Base Library and Education Resource Center - Joint Base Cabot Air Station

The JBCAS Library and Education Resource Center provides access to academic materials, digital resources, study spaces, and research assistance for military members, families, and DoD civilians.

Services Offered:

• Lending of books, academic journals, and audiovisual materials

• Online access to DoD MWR Library databases (eBooks, research journals, language learning)

• Study carrels, group study rooms, and computer workstations

• Tutoring referral and academic counseling (through Education Center)

• Children’s Story Hour and Summer Reading Programs

Library Membership:

• Available free of charge to Active Duty, Dependents, Retirees, and DoD Civilians with valid ID
