Our mission continues to focus on advancing operational readiness, technical innovation, and seamless integration across training and testing operations.

As our simulator complex and live operations expand, your dedication ensures JBCAS remains a premier tactical and simulation training facility.

Current Operations

• Runway 09R/27L remains closed for maintenance through 2359Z daily.

• Mowing operations continue throughout infield and perimeter zones.

Upcoming Events

• Full-field runway integrity inspection scheduled March 2026.

• Simulator Complex Upgrades: Final HUD integration tests slated for mid-May.

• Airspace Deconfliction Exercise: Planned late May 26 — advisory to follow.

Simulator Development Highlights

• Throttle quadrant engineering entering final testing phase.

• UFC panel upgrades and multi-display calibration underway.

• Expanded F/A-18E/F systems integration project beginning June 2026.

Flightline Reminders

• Expect increased ramp congestion during Green Anvil operations.

• Always verify current NOTAMs and ATIS prior to beginning flight operations.

• Maintain caution around infield work areas mowing and ground crew ops remain active.
