The Transportation Management Office (TMO) oversees government vehicle (GOV) dispatch, logistics support, and transportation policy enforcement at JBCAS.

Dispatch and control of all GOV fleet vehicles

Enforcement of GOV use policies and driver qualifications
Shuttle service scheduling for official base operations
GOV Use Policy Highlights:
Authorized for official government business only.
Operators must possess a valid military or state driver’s license.
Random audits are conducted to ensure compliance.

The JBCAS Traffic Management Office (TMO) oversees movement and storage of government vehicles, inbound and outbound PCS shipments, and supports temporary storage of abandoned vehicles.

Inbound/Outbound Freight Management
Base Vehicle Registration for Official Use Vehicles
Abandoned Vehicle Lot Management
Traffic Flow and Parking Enforcement Planning for Base Events
Special Instructions:
Abandoned vehicles on base will be impounded after 72 hours notification.
Monthly vehicle auctions coordinated for unclaimed property.

Base Shuttle and Transportation Services
JBCAS provides scheduled on-base shuttle services to transport personnel between key facilities, reducing vehicle congestion and supporting energy conservation initiatives.
Primary Shuttle Routes Include:
Main Passenger Terminal ↔️ Dormitory Area ↔️ Flightline Operations ↔️ Base Exchange
Warrior Dining Facility ↔️ Main Headquarters ↔️ Weather Flight ↔️ Aircrew Training Center
Parking Overflow Lots ↔️ Flightline Checkpoints (for flightline-only personnel)
Shuttle Policies:
Priority for Active Duty Members on Official Business
Service available to DoD Civilians, Contractors, and Dependents (space-available basis)
No smoking, vaping, or consumption of food and drink permitted aboard shuttles
Uniform Wear Regulations Apply While in Transit
Hours of Operation:
Weekdays: 0500–2100
Weekends/Holidays: Limited Service by Request (coordinated 48 hours in advance)
