Housing Office - Joint Base Cabot Air Station

The JBCAS Housing Office supports personnel seeking on-base housing or off-base rental options in the surrounding community.

On-Base Housing Information:

• Variety of units available: single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes

• Priority given to Active Duty with accompanied orders

• Waitlist management and application assistance

Off-Base Referral Services:

• Listings of approved rental properties

• Landlord/tenant counseling

• Off-base utility information and relocation assistance

Housing Office Policies:

• Pets are permitted in designated housing units (restrictions apply)

• Base Housing Regulations must be adhered to at all times (yard care, noise standards, occupancy limits)

Temporary Duty (TDY) Support Center - Joint Base Cabot Air Station

The TDY Support Center provides incoming and outgoing temporary duty personnel with logistical and administrative assistance during their assignment at JBCAS.

Services Provided:

• Lodging reservations coordination (TLF or contracted hotels)

• Base access badge issuance for short-term visitors

• In-Processing briefings and sponsor support

• Government Travel Card (GTC) counseling and troubleshooting

• Departure clearance and voucher processing assistance

Priority Support:

• Distinguished Visitors (DV)

• Exercise and contingency personnel

• Deployment rotation forces
