Tiger Balm Breathing Method
(to prevent & to fight flu & other respiratory infections)
When to do:
3 times a day & whenever needed
morning, Noon, before bed time, immediately with the first sign of symptom
How to do:
paste some tiger balm in the middle of both palms
visualize sun on the left palm & moon on the right
rub both palms rapidly for a few seconds
cup both hands over nose & take a deep breath
place each thumb over each nostril while holding your breath
exhale slowly while keeping both nostrils covered with thumbs
repeat the above for a few times
Remarks:
the vaporized balm will travel & form a firewall in your respiratory tract
such firewall will create an adverse environment for virus to survive

Self-Healing Exercise – “Ping Shuai Gong”
Ping Shuai Gong was first introduced by Master Li Feng-San from Taiwan. This simple yet powerful exercise has tremendous benefits, especially for healing. High blood pressure is among many health problems that benefit greatly from practicing Ping Shuai Gong. It can balance low or high blood pressure to its normal range. Here’s how to practice it:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Keep your arms straight and relaxed. Rise them parallel to the ground (leveled with your chest, but not above the shoulder); your palms should be facing down.
Let your arms drop naturally and swing back up again. Each set consists of 5 counts. Do the arm swing normally from 1 to 4 count, once you count to 5, squat down once (slightly bent your knees and back up) while you swing your arms.
Tips: do not force it. Imagine the motion like the swing in the playground. Just keep your arms relaxed and straight, then let it drop and swing back up effortlessly.
Do a minimum of 500 sets (10 minutes), three times per day. Slowly increase to 30 minutes each time for maximum benefits and healing purposes

Do not rush; it’s better to do it slow than fast.
Do not overdo; it should be relaxing rather than causing fatigue.

Drink a cup of warm water afterward. It helps to improve blood circulation and calming your body.
Self-Healing Exercise “Feet Clapping Exercise”
The Feet Clapping Exercise is a set of movements that creates “wave” within our body, similar to the concept of a micro tsunami. The vibrancy from feet clapping generates “wave” in the blood vessels starting from toes and circulate throughout your body. The wave will clean up any calcification and junk in the blood vessels. The frequency of this exercise matches the frequency of the Universe, which helps to balance your body and let it heal from all sorts of illnesses.
Use an empty wine bottle (or two rolled magazines equivalent to the size of a wine bottle) and wrap them with a towel.
Lie flat on your back facing up, place the wrapped bottle or rolled magazines under the neck.
Keep your legs straight, clap your feet while the ankles are touching each other.
Note: Do not use intentional force. Let your feet swing naturally (hit and bounce apart) for a minimum of 1,000 times; it takes about 10 minutes. Slow it down when you feel fatigued, but do not stop. For people with illness, you should do 3,000 times or more daily. Assistance from others to perform this exercise is recommended, especially for people who's on a wheelchair or has leg problems. Practice this exercise consistently, and your illness will heal gradually.
