Mike has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Arts in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University. He joined the Marines, which took him around the world from Iraq to Somalia. Mike lives in East Cobb with his wife Judy. They have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
Under his leadership, the County has adopted measures to bring business to Cobb County and to have them remain here. These actions include incentives for businesses large and small; concierge services that introduce business opportunities in the County; innovation awards for entrepreneurs; “one stop” shopping for developers applying for required permits; and a close relationship with the State of Georgia and the Cobb Chamber to find locations and for prospective businesses.
Ricci served with the US Marine Corps during peace time until 1988. Afterwrds, he gave 30+ years of service with Cobb County Department of Corrections, Cobb PD and Marietta PD, He later eerved as Board member for Sandy Plains Softball Association and coach for girl's recreation league for ten years and is now a member of East Side Baptist Church.

Larry was born in Atlanta, graduated from East Atlanta High School and later General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) with Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and from Georgia State University with Master of Business Administration. He worked for 15 years for GM in Atlanta has held positions of responsibility in engineering, supervision of skilled trades, general management, sales and marketing, and sales management.
Fitz Johnson is a businessman, a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Army, and a long-time Cobb County resident. He has vast experiences in building and leading companies as well as non-profits, driving growth and producing positive results. Fitz is an active member of Cobb County and has served on several leadership boards, including KSU Board of Trustees.

Kevin has over 25 years of business and technology experience with a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees. He is the co-founder of one of the largest technology non-profit organizations in the country, The Atlanta Technology Professionals, and for 20 years has given tens of thousands of dollars to organizations such as Power My Learning for disadvantaged youth. The Nicholas family has lived in Cobb County District 2 for over 20 years, with Denise flying for Delta 30 years and three grown children who have attended Cobb County public schools.
Andy came to Cobb County originally when he started working in the county. He owns a construction management business, which he has lead for the past 27 years, Smith-Todd Company. Andy and his wife have been married for 25 years as of this past year. Additionally, he's been on the Cobb Planning Commission for about two years. He also serves on the Transit Advisory Board in Cobb as Vice Chairman of the Neighborhood Safety Commission.
