Jorge Granados, a millennial, was born and raised in Georgia, and has resided in Norcross since 2000. He is Mexican American, a son of immigrants. He is currently a manager of two local businesses, one within the district. He also has worked at the State Capitol as a Legislative Aide for Rep. Lopez Romero since she was elected. As of recent, Jorge was elected as the Treasurer for the Gwinnett County Young Democrats. He is also a member of the Executive Committee with the Gwinnett County Democrats and a member of Georgia Association Latino Elected Official and Hispanic Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs.

Marvin immigrated from the Philippines when I was 7 years old to Atlanta, then eventually moved to House District 99 in 2001, a week before September 11. His early life in the US wasn't easy but looking back on these struggles, the values of hard work that his parents instilled in him propelled him to become salutatorian at Lakeside High School, graduate magna cum laude at Emory University, and ultimately graduate from Yale Law School and become a Fulbright Scholar.
