Chief Judge of the State Court of Forsyth County T. Russell McClelland has been elected to serve as President of the Council of State Court Judges of Georgia. Judge McClelland received his B.A. degree from Armstrong State College and his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia. He was admitted to the practice of law in 1982.
