Tim Curtin has served as a court appointed attorney and guardian ad litem in the Fulton County Probate Court for more than 15 years, Tim is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of North Georgia, and a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council. After graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law, Tim moved to Atlanta. In 2002, he married his wife Jennifer. They continue to live in Atlanta with their two children.

Kenya gives back to the community by donating her time and resources to organizing legal education programs for citizens, youth, and attorneys in her current role as a Fulton County Prosecutor and previous service as a Regional Director of a national affinity bar association. Kenya's experience as a prosecutor involves primarily grieving relatives, the elderly and those suffering from mental challenges, and to reach justice solutions for families that ensure dignity and safety are extended to all. Kenya possesses a fair and even judicial temperament and can diffuse contentious disputes by guiding parties with respect and the opportunity to be heard. Kenya Johnson is proud to serve as your next Probate Court Judge, bringing forth the values of Fulton County and Georgia law, into the courtroom.
Currently, Diane serves as Of Counsel with the law firm Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law. She is a Georgia Super Lawyer (2020), a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney, and has an AVVO rating of 10/10. A member of the State Bar of Georgia and a Veterans Administration Accredited Attorney, Diane is also a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Elder Counsel. Diane is the only private attorney in Georgia to have received certification as an At-Risk Adult Crimes Tactics Specialist through the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Aging Services. She serves on a GBI informal legislative workgroup addressing issues of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of the elderly and disabled. Diane lives in Sandy Springs with her husband, Mike, their three sons, and their rescue dog, Cindy Lou.
