Bedelia Hargrove is a judge of the DeKalb County Probate Court in Georgia. Judge Hargrove presides over DeKalb County Probate Court. The Probate Court has jurisdiction over the probate of wills, administration of estates, appointment of guardians and conservators for incapacitated adults as well as minors, and mental health commitments. The Probate Court also issues marriage licenses and weapons carry licenses and performs a number of other administrative duties.
