Republican attorney Chris Ballar is the current Probate Court Judge for Gwinnett County. Ballar is an attorney and owns the Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm of "Christopher A. Ballar, PC", in Buford. Chris and Amy Ballar have been married for 16 years and have two daughters. A Buford resident, Ballar has owned and operated his own law firm since 2007. Chris is a graduate of Oglethorpe University and received his Law Degree from Mercer University.
