Being a West Country man, I like my pasties. The best I have ever had were Ivor Dewdney's in Plymouth.

Recently, I made my own using a recipe in the BBC "Good Food" magazine. I tried both plant based and beef versions. Both were great. Even my wife liked them.

It is a pity they are fattening! Naughty, but nice!
