First Step Community Project & Gran's Group

First Step offer community love, in action, to new parents and their young children as well as a special group for 'their grans' and special friendships have grown between young, old and staff too. 

If you like getting crafty or helping out, getting to know others and getting involved in community projects like the Phone Box, this is the place to get involved whether still at school, new to the area or all the way through to "retired and loving it"

If enjoying some fun with mischievious spirits and yarn sounds appealing, this is the group to check out. A little look at the photo gallery will bust all stereotypes out of the window - for all ages, gender inclusive and varying skillsets. 

Dementia Friendly group plus supporters and key partners have now established the 1st Meeting Centre in E. Lothian - several met with Sharing A Story CIC over 2022 / Fringe by the Sea and the key words were created into this word cloud.  

True for all of us, but so deeply important for those who are not experiencing these values.
