WELCOME to East Lothian Intergenerational Network
Lynn Fraser is a local artist and community activist who has a keen interest in health and wellbeing through art and connecting to each other, our environment and ourselves - with a love of people of all ages and backgrounds, Lynn shared Sketch and Wander and also her arm painting workshops to the delight of those attending.
To listen to Clare McGillivray of Making Rights Real sharing a very similar presentation to the one for QMU (not recorded), alongside Cathy McCulloch of The Children's Parliament, you can watch the GWT recording through vimeo channel
Patrick Boxall shared the vision and work at QMU to develop an outdoor learning hub with various zones around the campus grounds.
A shared "Howff / Hub" will be sited by the Wee Forest for community / shared use.
Our visit felt the space was exciting and offered a great deal of opportunity for intergenerational development as well as being of interest to many with particular focus on groups / other 3rd sector and community groups. We look forward to seeing this area develop and enjoying the space.
**Global Intergenerational Week takes place over the last week in April.**
