Write a reflection which must include BLUE questions and could address any of the following questions. Add date and put it under the project goal or associated mini goal.
What progress have I made toward the project goals so far?
What major milestones or achievements have I reached?
Are there any areas where I’m ahead of or behind schedule?
What challenges or obstacles have I encountered, and how have I approached solving them?
Are there recurring issues or setbacks that I need to address differently?
What new skills or knowledge have I acquired through this project?
How has my understanding of design or my specific project topic evolved?
How effectively am I managing my time and resources?
Are there specific tasks or aspects of the project that I am spending too much or too little time on?
How have I demonstrated creativity in solving problems or generating ideas?
How am I thinking critically about my work, evaluating my designs, or considering alternatives?
What are my primary goals for the next phase of the project?
Are there new approaches or adjustments I should try to improve my project’s progress?
What has been the most rewarding part of this project so far?
How has working on this project impacted my confidence or interest in design?

I am sorry I will be out today for a district meeting. Here is what you need to do . . .
1ST: The goal for today is to FINIISH anything that is MISSING, look at Power School.
2nd: Work on your Adobe Creative Cloud Project.
Here are the updated notes.
Here are some possible Adobe Creative Cloud areas of focus:
Graphic design
Design
Fine Art
Concept Art
Video Production
Audio Production
Photography
Web Design
Animation
Augmented Reality
Then generate lists of projects that you can do to learn that focus area.
Ask Bing Copilot for help, for example "What kind of projects you can do to learn "2D Animation?"
For Example:
Portrait Exploration: Investigate the human form through portraiture, using different styles or materials—realism, abstraction, or surrealism in oils, charcoal, or collage.
Abstract Art Experimentation: Focus on pure forms, colors, and textures, removing recognizable objects to allow abstract expression.
Character Design: Create detailed character sheets for an original world. Think about their personality, backstory, and design how that is visually expressed through their costume, posture, etc.
Creature Design: Focus on designing unique creatures for a fantasy or sci-fi universe. Consider their biology, habitat, and purpose in the world you’re building.
Environment Design: Develop conceptual sketches of environments for games or films. Work on mood, atmosphere, and storytelling through settings.
Product Design: Develop concepts for everyday objects or tools, focusing on aesthetics and ergonomics. You could explore sustainable materials or design solutions for accessibility.
Brand Identity: Create a full branding package for a real or fictional company. This could include logo design, typography, color schemes, packaging, and promotional material.
Furniture Design: Design innovative furniture pieces, blending functionality with artistic aesthetics. You could experiment with materials or modular designs.
Ball Bounce: Animate a bouncing ball to learn about weight, gravity, and timing. Start with a simple ball, then try animating different types (rubber ball, bowling ball, balloon) to explore how weight affects movement.
Pendulum Swing: Animate a swinging pendulum to practice smooth, flowing movement and the principle of ease-in and ease-out.
Walk Cycle: Create a basic character walk cycle to study character movement. Focus on different elements like foot placement, arm swings, and hip movement.
Flour Sack Animation: Animate a simple flour sack with personality. This is a classic animation exercise that teaches how to convey emotion and life through movement, even without facial expressions.
Jump Animation: Animate a character jumping from the ground, taking into account anticipation, follow-through, and gravity. You can experiment with various character types (e.g., human, animal, or fantasy creature).
Facial Expressions: Create a set of animations that showcase a range of emotions (e.g., happy, sad, surprised, angry). This will help you practice subtle changes in facial movement.
1: Over lapping shapes with a gradient to transparent fill.
2: One rectangle with Linear gradient with 6+ colors rotated.
3: Radial Gradient with 6+ colors.
4: Radial Gradient with 6+ colors with the illusion that it is flat. on a table.
5: Freeform gradient on a complicated shape.
6: Gradient Mesh Tool 6+ colors.
7: Realistic looking sphere w/ shadow.
I am sorry I will be out again today. The goal for today is to finish anything that is missing, look at Power School.
Then think about your final laser cut project.
What do you want to spend your time designing and building?
First state your focus, for example: "I want to design a chair." or "I want to design a sneaker." or "I want to make cosplay helmet."
Then find 20+ designs that will help you with designing your final project.
I am sorry I will be out today and have a sub. The goal for today is to finish anything that is missing look at Power School, it should be up to date.
Make sure your design clearly demonstrates:
Use of Path Offset
Use of Pathfinder
Use of Blend
AND it is an AMAZING design!
The assignments below are the assignments that should be done as of today. Make sure they are all in you portfolio and your site is published.

Create an inspiration board using Illustrator
Create an initial “Inspiration Board” using Google Jamboards with 20-30 images that represent you or have influenced your life. An inspiration board is a collection of images, ideas, words, blueprints, games, movies or anything that may inspire your direction. For this assignment we will use an “Inspiration Board” to help guide the direction of your future personal project and it will help me get to know you better. Search google, use your own images, and cross-reference your interests, hobbies, and/or just explore. Find at least 20-30 images. We will be using this board for our personal portfolio. Please watch video tutorial below and the video about Google Jamboards. ~Cornell
What are your own unique qualities?
What are you skilled at?
What are you hobbies?
What gives you purpose?
Started the Panda project.
Using the image above try to reproduce the panda the best you can. The panda is made up exclusively of manipulated circles and rectangles.
You can do this with only using the following tools:
Ellipse Tool
Rectangle Tool
Selection Tool
Direct Selection Tool
And the following adjustments:
Change Fill Color
Change Stroke color and weight
Arrange

Sketch at least 10 quality thumbnails for potential designs.
You need to get inspired! This is one of my favorite stages. Basically you explore what is out there and possible directions you can go. Collect /research reference images, current designs, inspirational, blueprints etc. Basically find as many as you need, which is at least 20+ sources. I call this phase, the “Inspiration Board”.
Find 20+ focused images that will inspire your leather bracelet design. State the date
