Artifact: My Professional Learning Networks

Overview:

This artifact highlights the professional learning networks that I actively participate in. I have always believed that "together we are better." I can't stress how much I have learned from my PLN.

Reflection:

Creating this artifact has made me realize what a fabulous group of colleagues, mentors, and professionals that I connect with to enhance my learning and take charge of my own professional development. It has highlighted how fortunate I am to have this global online community that allows me to tap into their broad wealth of knowledge.

The impact of this artifact will be felt by me for years to come, especially as I continue to learn new information from my PLN. This world is changing at such a fast pace than ever before, therefore, it's important to stay up-to-date.

Reflection:

Creating this artifact made me realize the power of collaboration. Being able to collaborate with colleagues is what makes us creative problem solvers and big idea dreamers. We believe that anything is possible through collaboration.

This artifact also highlights my leadership. Hosting the chats required a lot of planning, organizing, and leading. The impact of this artifact is beneficial in so many ways. It has made me realize the impact I made on those who learned from my facilitation. In addition, it helped me become aware of my leadership skills. As I continue to host chats, I know my skills will only be enhanced by this experience.
