Artifact: My Professional Learning Goals

Overview:

This artifacts highlights my professional learning goals and the steps needed for accomplishing those goals. Setting and pursuing professional learning goals that involve technology-enhanced pedagogy has yielded many benefits for me. In this artifact, you will see how various efforts will result in growth and certification.

Reflection:

Creating this artifact has given me long-term vision and short-term motivation. It has highlighted areas where I need to grow professionally by learning new skills and increase networking in order to improve teacher performance and student learning.

The impact of this artifact will be felt by me for the year to come and beyond as I learn about new strategies and techniques to try to make the use of technology more effective in the classroom. This impact can be assessed by observing any new digital tools or resources I share with teachers and administrators at upcoming workshops.
