About Me

I have been involved in education since I first started teaching in 1994. I have held a variety of positions in several districts throughout the state of Texas, from high school teacher to Virtual Learning Coordinator.

I currently serve as a Director of Professional Development for the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA). In my role, I offer staff development on the most current technology trends for educators of all levels. I utilize my background in both education and technology to skillfully facilitate professional development.

I am a Google Certified Educator, a Microsoft Innovative Educator, and a Certified Online Instructor. I have led many trainings and I have presented at various conferences, including TCEA, ASCD, Texas CTO Summit, and ISTE. I was recognized as the 2014 Texas Technology Administrator of the Year.
