A Dove Takes Flight is a sci-fantasy look into a different political world. It started off with heavy influences from Verne and thus takes place in a very different historical timeline as well. Within A Dove Takes Flight, there are 4 widely inhabited planets, those being Mars, Venus, the Earth, and the Moon. Though other heavenly bodies do get visitors or even have research stations present, these are quite small in scale. ADTFL has no FTL, its sci-fantasy aspects derive from the solar system itself being hyper-habitable and needing less or even no terraformation depending on the planet.
