Here's how to set up your myPEHP account:

**You cannot create a myPEHP account or enroll in any health benefits without your Subscriber ID. Once certified, your designated HR Generalist will send you a benefit email containing your PEHP Confirmation Letter. Within this letter, you will find your PEHP Subscriber ID.**

1. Go to www.pehp.org

2. Select "Account" (top right).

3. Select "Member." 

4. Select "Create new account" (below Cancel button for member login)

5. Enter the last 4 of your Social Security number, date of birth, and your PEHP Subscriber ID (example shown on left).

6. Select "Next" and follow the instructions to create a username and password for your myPEHP account. Received the following notification?

• "Validation Error. You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding: User with given Subscriber ID is already setup to use PEHP."

Now you're ready to enroll in health and other insurance plans.
