*NEW* Job Offer & I-9 Documentation Process

HireForms is a subsystem of ApplicantPro used by the Utah State Courts to automate several pieces of the onboarding process electronically. Offer letters are sent through ApplicantPro, and once the candidate accepts the offer electronically, HR can initiate the process of I-9 document completion and all other information needed to activate a new hire as an employee in the HR system, by inviting the candidate to complete information in HireForms. The following New Hire Onboarding Process Guide outlines each step of the new onboarding process as well as who's responsible to complete each step of the new process.
