Exciting News!

On October 24, 2023, the Utah State Courts launched two powerful mental health tools for non-judicial officer employees (judges and commissioners have access through the Utah State Bar). These employee benefits are provided in addition to the enhanced mental health & wellness benefits launched through PEHP for all state employees in July 2023.

Tava Health

Tava Health facilitates access to top notch mental healthcare providers. Utah's state courts employees are eligible to receive six professional counseling sessions free of charge. Use of this benefit is completely confidential and voluntary. Employees should verify with PEHP whether a specific therapist accepts PEHP insurance if they wish to continue beyond the six free sessions within the same year.

It's free, completely confidential, and all Utah state courts employees have access through their utcourts.gov Google account. Courts employees may also give complimentary access to one family member or friend of their choice.
