The Quality Enhancement Plan is a requirement of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) the accrediting commission that governs the reaffirmation of accreditation for Texas State Technical College. As part of the reaffirmation process, the applying institution must develop a Quality Enhancement Plan which engages the college and addresses one or more issues which contribute to improving student learning and success. Additionally, the QEP adheres to Core Requirement (CR) 2.12 and Comprehensive standard (CS) 3.3.2, standards contained in the Principles of Accreditation: Foundation for Quality Enhancement.
