Funding Sources

Many students are assisted by funding sources such as VIDA, Workforce Investment Act (WIA) or Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). These sources have various documentation forms that must be completed by the instructor on a weekly basis. It is the responsibility of the student to have the instructor initial the form on the given date of instruction. It is the student’s responsibility to see that the forms are submitted on time and to the appropriate personnel. The college has financial aid advisors in the Student Services area if a student has questions about financial aid. The nursing staff, faculty or instructors are not liable for any consequences the student may experience for late or inadequate/unsigned paperwork.
