Event Communication Guidelines

It’s best if all of our public facing events are posted as event pages on our theselc.org/events page. This is so that it is simple and clear for there to be one page where all our events are listed. Also, it’s ideal for all event pages to be a Nationbuilder event pages so that we gather relevant data to maximize SELC’s mission, by signing up new email supporters and by targeting communications and fundraising efforts.

The person or circle leading the event is responsible for making sure there is a Nationbuilder page for the event. If they need additional support, such as with Eventbrite integration, they can ask the Communications Circle (in particular, the Web Crawler Coordinator) for assistance.
