For consistency and quality control, the following public content should be proofread by at least one other staff member before being sent or published:

1. Email blasts that speak on behalf of the organization as a whole or reach a large number of people (e.g., via a Nationbuilder broadcaster); and
2. Published content on theselc.org (e.g., blog posts and program page updates)

General guideline: If you are unsure whether a particular email blast is subject to this policy, please use your best judgement :-)
