Generally, SELC staff can co-sponsor an event with another organization as long as:
- The most relevant program circle has been informed about the event during its planning stages, and the program circle has had the opportunity to provide feedback (feedback need not be formally solicited); AND
- The most relevant program circle agrees to pay for any costs associated with co-sponsoring the event.
Otherwise, SELC staff must bring a formal proposal to the Communications Circle (in person, via email, Asana, or Slack).
