To support the General Circle in regularly reflecting on our personal and collective health in a safe space, and to encourage a culture of support and appreciative inquiry that moves us forward as individuals and an organization, General Circle staff are encouraged to participate in optional bi-monthly reflective spaces called Collective Inquiries. Regularly holding space for group reflection allows staff to tune into the emotional wellbeing of their co-workers and themselves, and to surface and explore tensions that are not otherwise addressed through other processes. These conversations shall be scheduled by the Collective Inquiry Coordinator, and facilitation shall be rotated so that everyone has an opportunity to shape the conversation or direct the ongoing inquiry in ways they feel may be most needed.
