When a staff person leaves the Law Center, there are a series of offboarding tasks that need to be completed. The Offboarding Checklist is a tool we use to make sure that we thoroughly and smoothly transition people out of their roles. The Board resolves that Board Members be invited to attend any staff-led exit interviews. The exiting staff member and any board member are entitled to a board-only exit interview.
