Students will develop an understanding of existing and contemporary art practices and procedures which underlie the making of painted artworks and some of the traditions which may have informed such works.
Students will generate, develop and analyse their own ideas about sculpture practice, and will apply this knowledge in a body of work which provide sequential evidence of individual performance in making artworks

Drawing: a multi-media approach
Sculpture: generating, developing and analysing ideas about subject matter
Sculpture: applying ideas in original works informed by artists’ studies.
Research and documentation: of selected artist’s works and methods of working in a cultural and social context
