Why should you take this course?

This course will prepare akonga to confidently apply for positions within the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF).  Akonga will become proficient in undergoing the five psychometric tests.  They will obtain all the relevant paperwork required to submit a joining application.  They will  undergo regular NZDF physical testing sessions. 

All the requirements have learning intentions that will prepare akonga for life in the NZDF. 

The main underlying themes are: NZDF psychometrics and fitness testing, leadership, effective communication, team work, self-discipline and self-betterment
