"Geo Level 1 delves into Geography, exploring the interconnections within our environment, known as 'te taiao' the interconnections within our environment. Te taiao encompasses all elements of our surroundings from natural to cultural. Through hands-on investigations and diverse perspectives, including Te reo Māori and Pacific viewpoints, students develop spatial thinking and utilise tools like maps, visual data and GIS for analysis.
