Donate Life

The main idea that guided my artwork, was attempting to show the growth one can make with a donation. I tried to show that you can save a life and give someone else the ability to live, with organ donation.

The materials that I used were, marker, colored pencil, and graphite, I sketched out my drawing with graphite first and once I liked how it looked, I started to fill in my areas with color, and make them come to life. I decided to make my drawing more comic style, than a realistic style.

The process that I went through to create my drawing was experimentation. I just sketched out my flowers and words and I did not go back and revise a ton. I liked how it looked the first time I drew it out, and I did not want to change it. I think my final draft came out pretty well.
