multiple pinch pot project

The assignment we were told to complete was a project that included 5 pinch pots to form a creative structure of our liking. I decided to create a flower vase that also represented a flower.

The way I created my vase was I started by creating multiple pinch pots of different structures. I then merged them all together so that they could collaborate to create my vase. I then used the pinch pot technique to create each individual flower petal and once that was done, I put the petals onto my vase. I then glazed my vase with the colors I liked.

The way I interpreted this assignment was I wanted to create something useful that I would want to use in my everyday life. I also wanted to make it as pretty as I could without sacrificing the structure. Something I like about my vase is the flower petals. And something I dislike is the size of the actual hole for the flowers to go. I don't think I made that size big enough so it cannot hold as many flowers as I would like it to.
