wire sculptures ☼

Wire Sculptures:

For this project, we made sculptures using wire and stitching it very tightly together. Although this was fun it was definitely one of the more difficult pieces I had a hard time knotting together the wire tight enough and be able to have it stay straight up. The object that I chose to do was a vase, I didn't have any specific inspiration for this project, i just ended up picking an object that would be simple but still challenging. If I did this project again I would probably try to take more time on the knitting and stitching of the wire for I feel most of my inconveniences came from rushing and not wanting to lose time to do it. Even though it was challenging I got through with it and the final product wasn't even as bad as I had thought it would be. Overall I'm happy with the finished product even though I would have done some touch ups here and there.
