Time Capsules

We had to draw 3 time capsule drawings to look back on in the future. My first drawing on the left was supposed to be a self portrait, an for this drawing I used a HB 2 pencil. Once I was done with my self portrait I decided to fix a few things but I think that I liked my first drawing more than the one after I finished because I don't think that this picture looks a lot like me. For this drawing I decided to start with the head and then the hair, then I made the facial features.

My second time capsule is a picture of Emmie's water bottle, I decided to draw her water bottle because it had a lot of fun stickers on it, and I thought it would be fun to draw. For my drawing I started by drawing the cap because I think that really decides what size the whole water bottle will be so I can make it evenly sized then I made the bottom part of the water bottle followed by the lines that tell you the ounces so I could have a better idea of where to put the stickers. Overall I am pretty happy with how it came out the one thing I would change would be that I would want the lines were a little more strait.

My third drawing was the corner of the art room, I decided to draw the corner of the art room because it had less things covering the corner of the wall so it would be easier to draw the actual corner. For this drawing I also used an HB 2 pencil. I think that it turned out ok but I think I definitely should have used a ruler because it would look better with straight lines. For this drawing I started by making the whole outline and make it look as much like the corner of the room as possible then I started to add things like the door and posters.
