Department Business Manager forwards resignation letter/notification to OFAPD (andy.griesenauer@health.slu.edu)
OFAPD enters faculty information into Faculty Tracker spreadsheet (saved on OFAPD Drive) and saves resignation letter in individual faculty file
Faculty member's termination information is entered in Workday
SSM/SLUCare Faculty - OFAPD completes
SLU Faculty - Department Business Manager completes
Select Terminate Employee from the Actions icon under the employee name
Primary Reason: Voluntary Retirement
Secondary Reason: Leave blank
Termination Date: 9-month faculty will be June 30 unless wish to receive their final payment in May.
If chooses May, salary will need to be adjusted to pay June’s in May.)
12-month faculty will be day faculty’s last day.
Last Day of Work: 9-month faculty will be the contract end date.
