Process
In late-January of each year, the Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development (OFAPD), on behalf of the School of Medicine (SOM) Dean will electronically request from each endowed chair and named professor an annual report. OFAPD will send each individual who qualifies:
OFAPD receives all annual reports and places them in the t-drive for SOM Dean to review.
OFAPD places annual reports in the appropriate individual faculty file.
