Victorian Secondary Open Interschool Chess Champion

Melbourne High convincingly won the Victorian Secondary Open Interschool Chess this year on Monday 14th October at Brighton Grammar.
A total of 153 secondary school students from 23 schools around Victoria took part after qualifying from their respective Zonal tournaments. The best schools from regional Victoria won their respective regional tournaments to compete. This year, we have regional schools from Bendigo, Castlemaine, Geelong, Mt. Alexander and Warrnambool. We hope to have more schools from other regions next year.
