GM Hoang Thong Tu from Vietnam took top spot in the 2014 Australian Blitz played on Monday 6th January 2014 at Springvale Town Hall from Bobby Cheng, Anton Smirnov and Brodie McClymont. The Australian Blitz Champion title was won by Bobby Cheng after a playoff with Anton Smirnov and Brodie McClymont.
