2021 Arbiter Seminar
FIDE Arbiter's Seminar, Melbourne 2021
Chess Victoria (CV) has scheduled the FIDE Arbiters Seminar under the approval of the Australian Chess Federation (ACF). The lecturer will be IA Peter Tsai. The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter, according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.
