IM James Morris is 2015 Victorian Champion

Congratulations to International Master James Morris for once again winning the 2015 Victorian Championship. He finished with 8.5/11, ahead of GM Darryl Johansen & FM Chris Wallis, who both finished on 8/11 in a tie for second place.
