FIDE Trainers Seminar in Melbourne

FIDE Trainers Seminar in Melbourne

Chess Victoria, with support from Australian Chess Federation, plans to organise a FIDE Trainers’ Seminar in Melbourne to raise the standard of chess coaching in Australia.

This is a very good opportunity to obtain a recognised FIDE trainer title at a much lower cost because the next nearest place to attend such a seminar is either in Singapore or the Philippines. Imagine the airfare and accommodation costs and the time involved.

Chess Victoria is seeking expression of interest from anyone who is interested in such a seminar. This includes not only Victorians but also inter-state and overseas participants (e.g. New Zealand and Oceania).

If you are interested, please e-mail your interest to me at nywong@iprimus.com.au.

Many thanks.

Cheers.

Chess Victoria Event Co-ordinator for FIDE Trainers Seminar

The details of the proposed seminar are as follows:

1. Objective: To educate and certify Trainers and Chess-Teachers on an international basis.
