Prize Giving: Tuesday July 6, 15.30 or completion of last game

Rate of Play: 30 minutes plus 10 seconds from move one.

Sign In: Arrive from 8.30 am Day 1 Monday July 5

Note: Some age groups may be required to be combined if there are insufficient numbers. Awarding of titles and trophies will be according to the ACF by-law

Byes: No half point byes are allowed. Players are expected to play all rounds.

Forfeit time: 30 minutes from the scheduled start

Fee: $70 plus admin fee

Entry closes on Sunday 4th July at noon

Age Divisions:

The 2021 Victorian Junior Championships will determine holders of the following titles:

Age-Group: The Open and Girls only tournaments will be separate tournaments.

• For girls, they can elect to play in the Girls only or open tournament but not both.

• For boys and girls, they can elect to play in an older age-group.

Divisions available:

Open U8 U10 U12 U14 U16 U18

Girls U8 U10 U12 U14 U16 U18

Age Divisions:

• Under-18 : Year of birth 2003 or after

• Under-16: Year of birth 2005 or after

• Under-14 : Year of birth 2007 or after

• Under-12 : Year of birth 2009 or after

• Under-10: Year of birth 2011 or after

• Under-8 : Year of birth 2013 or after

Drop off by parents/ guardians (Day 1 from 8:30 am):

• Public Parking – enter from Snedden Drive

• Enter via Sneddon Drive car park

• Please drop off for junior players at the entrance of the building (there will be signs on the day directing you)

• A COVID Officer will be asking a few questions regarding the player’s health.

• Please scan the QR code to register attendance at the tournament every day. If you are unable to scan the code, a manual record will be available for you to fill in.

Parents or visitors will not be allowed in the building.

• Players will be told which room they will be allocated to play their 1st round game

• Parents can pick up the players at the end of each round
