Upon further investigation there were personal DT-60 radiation dosimeters and Geiger counters supplied to the Titan II Launch Crews until 1965-1966. This is according to the Titan II Missile archivist Chuck Penson at the Titan II museum in Arizona in 2010 when he responded to another Titan II Veteran about the question.
There have been statements made from some veterans who were told by Sheppard AFB Titan II instructors that the radiation dosimeters and Geiger counters were removed as no radiation was detected over the limits in place at that time.
Between 1963-1966 Missile Launch Crews did have a DD form 1141 dated 1956 which stated in the last column that a DT-60 dosimeter was issued. For more information on the DT-60 please copy and paste the following link into your web browser::

Below is John (Jack) Starwas's (One of the first MFT Titan II Missile veteran's at DM AFB, deceased in 2015) DD form 1141 and is a blank with no entries except his name and USAF ID number. "Jack" claimed, before he passed on, that his DT-60 indicated radiation and was taken from him. He was never told the actual reading. Obviously, this is very concerning as there were no initial calibration entries put on the form. Read the following information on the statement by the 1962 Vandenberg Medical Symposium in which they said not to use the useless DT-60 dosimeter
In Navy veteran's VBA claim, who worked around the nuclear missiles on a sub, had a medical naval physician testify about the radiation from a MK-45 he had been in close proximity to. He had the better foil radiation badges and was required to record his exposure to the much smaller MK-45 torpedo nuclear weapon. Click here for more info: Navy veteran ionizing radiation claim.
