Like all missile maintainers’ we were exposed to numerous chemicals; PD680, Freon 113, PCBs, trichioethyiene, standby diesel fuel/exhaust, MSA reagent to name a few.
I currently receive compensation from the VA for;
Vasomotor instability left and right hands (I was told that it was benign tremors).
Raynaud’s phenomenon both hands
Mild Restrictive Lung Disease
I have been told that some of these conditions are similar to the Iraq war Vets syndrome, not surprising since they were exposed to the same type of missile (scuds) fuels N2O4 and UDMH.
I hope this information can be used to help other Vets.
