WEB CREATOR NOTE: CDC WAS ASKED TO FIND THE SAMPLES SENT TO THEM FOR ANALYSIS FROM THE DM FUEL STUDY AND OTHER MISSILE TITAN II COMPLEX STUDIES.
Thank you for your inquiry to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC). CDC has forwarded your inquiry to our offices at the National
Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) located in Cincinnati,
Ohio. NIOSH is an Institute within the CDC and is responsible for conducting
research and making recommendations for the prevention of work-related
injury and illnesses.
Unfortunately, NIOSH doesn't keep sampling records unless they are part of a
particular Health Hazard Evaluation (HHE). As I had related to you in our
recent phone conversation, NIOSH hasn't completed any HHEs related to Titan
Missal Complexes, including the four Air Force Bases that you mentioned.
But, I did agree to send you exposure health effects information regarding
four chemicals to which you were exposed. This can be found in the following
links:
NOTE FROM WEB CREATOR: IN THE FIRST LINK BELOW ON NDMA AND UDMH FROM NEW JERSEY GOVERNMENT HEALTH. CLOTHS WERE NEVER SUPPOSED TO BE BROUGHT HOME TO WASH SO AS NOT TO CONTAMINATE YOUR HOME AND CONTAMINATE THE PEOPLE WASHING YOUR CLOTHS!
