Here is the VA case decision on appeal (which once denied you can be represented by a Lawyer). After three other doctors determined this Titan II veteran had Peripheral Neuropathy (small fiber) the VA had the nerve to say their doctor did not find a neurological problem in the case file. The vet had an EMG of the arms which showed impaired nerve conductivity and had an ulnar nerve transposition in one arm with no help to numbness in that arm and hand. The VA comp doctor's incomplete Neuro examination of 5 minutes was a disgrace.
You will also notice there is no mention of UDMH or chemical exposure as the cause of the Fibromyalgia compensation.
The excellent attorney's letter is presented first and then the VA's Award letter follows in Blue color.
