These charts were created to demonstrate various aspects of state that the human body finds itself in. Hopefully they clearly demonstrate, in a simple manner, the complexity of a human being, but also, how that being can then be manipulated in order for optimal function to occur during the process and progress of Integrated Total Transformation.

Firstly...Hormones - wow...we are super complex in this department.

The first 4 charts are extracts from an overall picture of 4 Modes our bodies enter into depending on what we eat and how long there has been between eating.

Most of us, most of the time, find ourselves in the Feasted Mode - which pretty much means we are priming our bodies to become fat sorting machines.

It is much better to predominantly be in Fed Mode...which as the name suggests, we are eating enough to function without overfilling ourselves.

Fast Mode is useful for when training, or to come after finding ourselves in Feast Mode.

Stress Mode should be avoided at all costs!!

This next chart pulls everything together so that you can see how modes can be moved between depending on what your objectives are, or what your circumstances may be.

The first chart shoes us the Macro Nutrients that we consume, the energy stores our bodies make use of, and then how we tend to actually use that energy.

The second chart shoes the key Macros and how long we spend digesting them and the effect they have on Blood Sugar & Insulin...from there we can see how a diet which controls these things can then make a gradual progress of hormonal control leading to Fat loss.
