ROJoson as a Role Model in Healthy Living - An Advocacy - A Legacy
I can honestly say I have been trying to serve as a role model in healthy living - trying to - I have faltered before but I have risen up.
Reasons:
I am a physician and I am expected to serve as a role model in healthy living and healthy lifestyle.
I do not want to be counted as dying a premature death if I die before 70 years old.
I feel responsible to stay alive and not disabled for the sake of my family, at least up to 70 years old (the first count-down in my intentional living plan).
Healthy living and healthy lifestyle strategies
No smoking
No drinking (at least no excessive drinking)
Eating in moderation and varying the foods that I eat
Avoiding foods which I have bad experience with
Exercise - for the past 3 years (2016-2018) doing daily walking exercise for 45 minutes and then stretching and flexing exercises for 15 minute
Before 2016, at least 3 times a week walking exercises
Sports - into track and field, tennis, pingpong, swimming, and windsurfing before (now still doing occasional swimming and windsurfing)

At times, I go to gym to do threadmill.
Taking medicines only as needed (no vitamins up to now - going 70 years old; anti-hypertensive maintenance only)
